Kosiv

Kosiv is a good sized town which is on the up. Skiing facilities here are being improved now and tourism to the area has seen in a rise recently.

It is located deep in the Hutsul country- a particular area of the Carpathians. Many tourists say that the Hutsul area of the Carpathians is one of its most interesting areas. So if you would like a more independent holiday and to see the real Ukraine, then Kosiv is definitely a good bet.

The surrounding scenery, with its softer mountains and superb forests, is stunning and cross country skiing is highly recommended.
