The resort Skhidnycya is located in a picturesque area surrounded by the Carpathian ranges on the height of 600 m over the sea level. The first mentioning of this Carpathian settlement is connected with X-XI centuries. Skhidnycya attracts in any season. Filled with fragrance of mountain grasses and pine forests fresh air curatively affects the human organism. The unique feature of this resort lays in the fact that this quite small territory concentrates different types of curative waters: weakly mineralized – “Naphtusya” type with soluble organic compounds, iron containing mineral waters, basic mineral waters such as “Skhidnucka sodova”. Skhidnycya is pretty young resort that exists more than 30 years. The first mineral waters sources were founded in 1962 year. There are 8 rest houses, 2 rest bases, hotels and a lot of private houses. The main wealth of Skhidnycya is 38 sources and 17 chinks of mineral waters. There are no analogues of such waters on any other territory of Ukraine.
