The remains of 13th century fortress have survived over there. Rocks reach 78 metres above the valley. There is also a close distance from Yamelnytzia to the most famous Ukrainian resort of mineral waters – Truskavetz (8 km), whose population increases 6-fold in summer time to 120 thousand.
